At least it's low sodium. The V8 I have is regular. At least it's only the 5.5 oz. cans. Only 30 calories per.

Yeah, I made some significant life changes last March- new career (construction from Social work) and regular exercise & healthier diet. I’ve lost over 50 pounds and plan to run in a 10K (6.2 Mile ) race this summer.

V-8 has replaced pop (soda’s I think you folk’s call them) and I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how much better I feel getting away from carbonated beverages.
