Is Messier as active with Edmonton? It feels like he likes us more, which is kinda weird seeing as he played in Edmonton for a while and won a few cups there.

I think he fell in love with NYC and probably holds the 94 Rangers Cup higher than any of the Edmonton Cups. It was a bigger accomplishment. He only played 2 less seasons with the Rangers.

I met him during a broker charity event, I was hosting and got a chance to be in a room with him for like 20 mins as he was signing hats for my clients...it was very weird. Not exactly easy chatting. Earlier that day I got to do the same with Hank and he was just a delight to be around.

A few more turnovers than last two games. Poorer puck management.

Powerplay generated chances, but nothing Grade A yet. Panarin missed a break away.

Shesty has been rock solid but Devils haven't generated much. I'd say they had the slightly better play so far though. But mostly even.

One thing that's been great - we've knocked them around all period. Hughes got hit like 8 times.
