That would be like when Barclay Goodrow won the game 7 OT for the Sharks against Vegas in 2019.

He barely played at all during that game and I don't even know if he had 10 minutes in a game that was close to 80 minutes long. And he was fresh and scored late in the first OT period to win the series.

Still looks like the Devils are playing in a exhibition game after a year off. The are struggling to make simple plays . Jack and Bratt are falling all over the place , can’t string together more than one pass in a row. They are way over-thinking everything an are playing like they are scared lose instead of playing with any confidence at all.
They need to find way to win this . Doesn’t matter how. Then figure out how to fix the offence . Hopefully the win gets some of their swagger back
