It was clearly offside with one viewing in real time, so as per my stated position on this, I think it was a great challenge and exactly how the offside challenge should be used

Letter of the law vs spirit of the law. It creates more east west, more zone entry or defense strategy. As long as the linesman do their best human job to call it in real time, it does its job like it did here.

We just have to accept that some offsides will be missed and it’s ok. Linesmen do a good job most of the times, they are not perfect and it’s not big deal. It’s not like they often miss a play offside by 2 feet.

Linesmen don't do their job. They just let the play on and leave it up to the defender to challenge if a goal is scored.

NHL/E$PN are giving every bone to Lightning, that one could ask for. To make this serie$ 1-2, but Lightning refuse to take advantage. All 3 were penalties, but problem is these type of penalties happen all-the-time during games and not get calls (No consistency). We're witnessing playoff-series/game management, but Florida's D, their Goalie, and Lightning's inability to make plays has it 1-0 after 1st. No matter, if Kucherov doesn't start looking like Kuch, no one is helping Lightning win this series.

I believe it was the 2nd one that was a slash near the hands. Any slash anywhere near the hands (even a love tap) is always called.

Will never happen, if they are gonna give them a chance to look at the play, they won’t rush it. There is too much at stake financially if they f*** it up by rushing - betting partners, owner franchise values etc.. It will never be rushed as long as they have a review.
