Must be an experience for goalies knowing what they already know but that its hatched into stone that they got the greatest goalscorer of all time coming their way.

Congrats to the Caps. Ovi with the midair shot.

Pretty tight, even game. I'm satisfied by the Habs' performance overall. There have been other teams in the past few days that looked a lot more outmatched by their opponents than the Habs against Washington.

The first line was clutch again for Montreal. The second line was awful. Please get Demidov away from Laine. Ivan barely ever had the puck.

Thompson looked good. Might have been a different game with Lindgren in net.

We won't beat the Caps with just the first line. The other lines will have to produce.

That Beauvillier goal is a microcosm of exactly what everyone said about Hutson, great offensive talent that doesn’t play D and ain’t built for the playoffs. The Ovechkin goal just makes it even more clear, small offensive dmen that only focus on the offensive side of the game do this, all the time, everytime. I’m not saying he doesn’t have value, the kid is special but he’s limited and he always will be.

He’s been doing it all year and he’ll continue to do it, it’s what he is, he lives on the edge as a supreme offensively talented guy. He’s not gonna somehow be different years from now. Lol he’s a Ghost type guy who isn’t responsible defensively and is extremely undersized. Somehow he’s going to turn into Chris Pronger? He’s going to need a big defensive minded guy to cover for him so he can shine; and still when playoff time comes offensive minded small men are really hard to cover when it’s playoff time, we’ve seen it time and time again.

Yeah because his rookie year isn’t similar, yikes bro. God I hope y’all sign him for 8 years 10mil, hahaha. Also the dude can’t even shoot the puck anywhere near the level Ghost could. But then get absused all the same when the checking gets tight, let’s live in the land of make believe.

His rookie year is better than Shayne career high. Shayne was 2 years older and Hutson already tie his playoff production in one game.

But you do you boo, if you wanna keep acting up in public and make a fool of yourself. Please be my guest.

No it wasn’t, how many goals did Ghost pot? “You do you boo”? You typed that and called someone else a fool lol. Holy hell, secondary assist merchants aren’t sustainable, next year will be hilarious, can’t wait for the melt downs.
