Officiating was terrible all game. Caps Alexyev absolutely committed a penalty in period 1 after the whistle with the cross check to the face. Anderson's completely unnecessary shove of Wilson should have been a penalty. The non-call of Carlson being tripped that should have led to a 5 on 3 was CRAZY. Easiest tripping call of all time.

Leonards trip on Demidov was bout as obvious as Andersons

Fans across the league deserve better

Good 3rd period comeback, important for the team to know they can hang with the Caps, just now need to play the full 60 minutes

Like others here - and the refs apparently- I have no idea what interference is anymore and not just on the icing play before the GWG, all game Habs were getting interfered with after trying to chip and chase

How you want to line change on an icing?

You don't like the 4th line? I think Evans played a good game. Armia is bad and won't hit but fine on the PK whatever.

I hate the Dvorak line. Gally and Anderson both have ciment hands. Dvorak is a blackhole offensively. 1/4 of his pts are off empty net this year.
I think it’s a decent fourth line but 2nd and 3rd to me are not good right now. Tough to have a rookie playing his third NHL game at this stage. I’m not a big fan of Slafkovsky on the first line at this stage in his career either.

I like Montreal’s team for the most part, I picked them to make the playoffs this year. But, I think most of the teams currently in the playoffs have deeper teams.

I get that fans are biased but there was many missed calls on both sides and every neutral fan knows that. This was a textbook case of refs picking and choosing rather than just saying hey we're calling nothing or we're calling everything, which is consistent and better.
