I think it's these same two guys who do the national anthem(s) in Washington most of the time. They're really good.

Also, having two singers means they have to mostly stick to tempo, as opposed to a single singer who is very, very liberal about dragging out their "creative interpretation" of what's supposed to be a simple national anthem.
