I've actually found this game relatively encouraging so far unless Swayman puts up a Lesfs vs CBJ series type performance.

Issue being they have so many bad/dumb players that mistakes are inevitable and the goalie needs to actually make saves.

He wasn't even GM for 6 years, and he didn't ice any figure skaters. We ranked 4th, 6th, and 7th in hitting in 3 separate playoffs, and outhit a number of our opponents.

Everybody gives up odd man rushes. Not everybody gives up 2 on 1s and the first goal of the series chasing unnecessary hits. We hit and forecheck during the Dubas era too.
