If I could implement one rule into the NHL, it would be goalies can only freeze the puck X amount of times during a period. Between icings, offsides, deflections out of the rink, high sticks, hand passes and goals, do we really need more stoppages?

Like I don't get why shooting the puck out to give your team a break is delay of game, but freezing the puck to do the same is okay.

Don't care about ROR much, but the Schenn/Rielly pairing was (I think) the best D tandem in last year's playoffs...
