It was called interference for knocking down the player who had the puck. It's an especially awful call.

It’s all about culture and balance, look at the change Vancouver went through, they literally tossed everything away in management, change the captain, and changed the entire culture.
I truly believe it’s time for Toronto to do the same, they need to look higher, not the general manager, but much higher

I don't think that was a penalty. Neither did the ref closest to the play.
