First I'll need to imagine a team that doesn't dump promising young players for scraps due to partying or a bad attitude, but that won't ever happen. Wish the organization would learn to deal with the growing pains of these younger players so they could reap the reward when they're older and more mature.

Young? Kassian was 25 last year.
Growing pain? The guy was in the center of numerous problem before MB signed him, and MB said that he talked with him when he signed him, and told him he was giving him a new chance to prove himself.
What he does? Gets drunk and gets in a car accident right before the season starts...

How the **** do you expect him to play here again when he crashed his car at 5 am, had some girl in the girl if I'm not mistaken, and was probably on some **** all night? How do you set precedent for the rest of your youngsters if you take him back? Not to mention all the side stories that would be coming out and the media circus in the locker room.

We should save the whining for things that actually merit it.
