He doesn't trust our powerplay unless it's a 2 man advantage.

Putting Girardi on the powerplay is an insurance marker to not give up a SH goal, not a way to score an actual powerplay goal.

How many teams regularly play 5 forwards on the PP?

Good Luck Tonight Rangers!!

Represent my favorite city in the world.

(this has nothing to do with wanting to face the Rangers next round, I don't. But it's a moot point because I fully expect the Bruins to lose tonight.) Talk to you guys in the off-season with some Seguin proposals, haha.

I see your reverse jinx, and I raise you:

Thanks, good luck against the Caps in round 2.

I don't want 5 forwards. i think you're missing the point. (For instance, if we have an ACTUAL offensive defenseman, (no, not Del Zotto. Someone like Doughty or Weber, for example,) I don't think he'd put Girardi on the PP.)

The point I'm trying to make is that the discrepancy between who he sends out on 5 on 4 vs who he sends out on 5 on 3, to me, says that he is not confident in the 5 on 4's ability to not do something stupid.

I wish it was a reverse jinx. I shaved my beard, I'm not even watching tonight because I have to work. I'm expecting a loss, period.

Rooting for the Rags either way even though I'd prefer the Bruins to play the Caps if they somehow advance. I love Claude Julien for what he's done for the Bruins, but I'm ready for a different coach & a loss tonight might be a silver lining for the B's (that, and not giving Dallas their 1st round pick for the privilege of watching Jagr try & score with a couple of bums on his line.)

Not ready to shave my playoff beard just yet, so let's END theire season tonight..

Bold predicition...

We bag it 7-3..Nash and Richard each With a 2+2 night....zuke With 1 assist...

Neutral news - We just need to win our game 7.

In conclusion, if they scored the first goal as the home team tonight, we lost.

I got a bad feeling the caps are gonna go after Henke and try to hurt him..

Imagine Biron in goal for us in game 7...Oh boy..
