am i only only one who didnt think zucc should have shot that? there were like 5 players that were probably in the way of that shot if he took it

As opposed to passing it to the guy that had a man on him? Take your chances and shoot in that case.

Playing very well... If we had a decent offensive coach this would be 3-0 already... They need to change the shooting lanes they do such a ****** job of that.

I thought Zuccs had as good a path to the net as any opportunity tonight. Plus, he passed it to a guy who was not going to be open for long.

The same bad coach who won 50 games last yr? :shakehead

The Rangers have no resemblance of creativity or puck possession. That to me is personnel problem. They do not have the skills to stickhandle in the zone getting unmolested..

Never said he was a bad coach. I said they were badly coached. Also the context was the PP, which is run by Sully.

MTV should come out with a new show: "Biggest Loser- NYR edition" Put Nash, Callahan, and Richards with Del Zotto and let fans make fun of them while they work out.

He's right. Not many here like to admit it, or they are just actually ignorant. The players are the ones out on the ice, and are the ones making the plays, or lack thereof.

This team isn't very talented. Very few guys have good hands, not many great skaters. No killer instinct or ability to bury shots.

Without Lundqvist, we don't even see the playoffs the past few years. Its a mediocre team, and will continue to be for a long time until we bring in TALENT that isn't over the hill.

It's amazing how irrational New York fans can be. You can have an all-century team, and you'll say they're terrible players after having a few bad games.

You don't think Nash is talented? You don't think Callahan has good hands? You don't think Brassard has the smarts and skill? You don't think Stepan has the vision and passing ability? You don't think Del Zotto has a good shot? Or Hagelin has good speed? Or Zucc with his offensive prowess? We have a good team, we're just being utilized poorly on the power play.

Sometimes it can be so frustrating discussing sports with New Yorkers. It's amazing how irrational some of them can be.

Hags and Kreider seems slower than usual so far...

Steps has been invisible so far...Nash...well....he's slowly taking his time...
