My son lives in the region. Before he read the grandiose plans of the mysterious folks behind this initiative, he leaped to the conclusion that the target arena would be the Skate Frederick facility on the banks of the Monocacy River. Stay tuned for another Athens, GA saga where the dream devolves from ECHL to FPHL before the ink dries on the cocktail napkin.

Lots of good things were born on the back of a cocktail napkin. The birth of the Arena Football League, and the number of many women and men who went on to become parents and gave births to life. Even God recognized the value of a cocktail napkin.

Not far from Camp David, could become a new tradition to have visiting dignitaries join the POTUS for an ECHL game. COuld really raise the profile of the league IMO
