And Kompon would have a harder time ruining our PP with Marner on it.

Yeah I don't get the scheduling. Why is Dallas-Edmonton starting Wednesday with that match up being set on Saturday night? That should have started Tuesday with Florida-Carolina starting Wednesday.

Unless it's a networking thing with both TNT and ESPN calling hockey and basketball

Leafs were better game 1 and 6. Panthers 2,4,5,7. Game 3 was a coinflip. Better team won.

I'd even say Game 6 was a coin flip. We had a lot of pressure on them, they had great defense and scored goal 1 on a mistake that almost never happens. Either way we were clearly the better team this series. Wasn't as close as the 4-3 implies

The 3rd really has shined when they have that talented but hard worker. Marchment, Reino, Marchand.
Tank was good too, but could tell he just wasn't in his prime.

Maybe Marner could be successful, but IMO he's going to the highest bidder, which still may be the Leafs lol

Honestly we have normally had many days off in between series' and have always come out flat, I think early in the series it may benefit us starting fast, it's later in the series that the rest becomes bigger IMO. At least in the TB series there was not much travel, and this one will be an easier trip than back and forth to Toronto too. Could be worse.

We need a split in CAR, lets start from there.

Marner wants almost double the money than Marchand, and way more than anyone else on our team, hard pass.

The only game we didn't have the better of play was game 1. As soon as the D pairs and Bob settled down, it was over.
