I’m from the east coast, but recently moved to the central time zone. It’s amazing for sports. 1 hour makes a huge difference when you have to get up early for work. At the same time, the games don’t start too early here.

Central time seems ideal for keeping up with sports around the country, but I've never lived there. I miss living out west compared to the east where I now live.

I did briefly live in Hawaii. With the NHL occasionally having a noon eastern playoff game, that would have been a 6 a.m. Hawaii time start. Luckily I don't remember that ever happening while I was there.
