floridas gameplan is to bully the other team, when they get push back they can't run around like they can when they are up a goal or two. It neuters them.Their biggest advantage is their physicality and if the other team stands up for themselves they dont know what to do. Classic bully.

First goal is so massive in this series with how these teams play defensively. They both can choke you out with 1 goal like what Carolina did last game or demolish you via the counter attack/stupidity in transition like the Panthers did Games 1-3.

Carolina would have zero shot vs Edmonton in my mind. They simply don’t have the depth to beat that defense. It would be similar to Dallas. Carolina would probably get 30-40 shots a game but mostly low quality

I remember not long ago when this series was over and the Panthers were going to wait over a week for the Dallas Edmonton series to be decided. Now it looks like Edmonton might be the 1st team to book a ticket to the finals.
