The frustrating thing about the late 2nd/3rd is that, while the two calls against Trouba could be argued to be penalties according to the letter of the rule book, TB doesn't seem to be held to that same standard. The Rangers should have been on the PP to start the third. You can't let Maroon's nonsense go at the end of the third and then turn around and call that "hold" on Trouba at the start of the third. It's not about whether the calls against Trouba are technically "penalties" or not. It's about the fact that TB is seemingly being judged by different standards.
