Idk based on the verbiage of the rule he impaired his ability to move in his crease so it's an easy call. I don't think it's my interpretation I think it's the 100% the right call based on the rules. Enter the crease on your own and contact the goalie to affect his movement is pretty cut and dry.

To me it didn't look like the bump really prevented Igor from stopping the puck, but that's just how I saw the play.
