We are not creating any offense, obviously. Is it us not being sharp or their fantastic defensive system. I hope it's the former.

We're not sharp.
Add in probably 4 of the many shots we've missed the net on and chances are probably similar.
It's just a low event game all over

Yes Rempe and his 4 minutes a game would have turned the tide here.

He has an intangible effect when he’s out there because the crowd loves the kid and he feeds off of that.

His forecheck and heavy hitting puts the opposition on their toes, they make more mistakes and allows us to sustain offensive pressure.

He may not play many minutes, but he brings a unique look to those minutes. Issue is, who comes out for him? Tough call.

Florida literally came into the zone 2 on 4, kept possession during a line change, had a forecheck, and had a scoring chance. Dear God...

This team is better than Carolina in a lot of ways and worse in others. Things that didn't work could work here and vice versa. I don't think Florida needs to change their game, they don't seem to be that team, just like Carolina. So hopefully Lav has ideas on how to break through. Game far from over just yet.

"I better be careful with Kakko, Rempe hit me really hard 36 minutes ago."
