This is about the worst first period in a series for a home team that you can have aside from being blown out. NYR has basically taken their own crowd out of the game as they have done absolutely nothing to keep the crowd into the game and the Panthers are physically establishing themselves.

Team needs a momentum shift.

Team needs to do something of import, most likely before the intermission. This is a very poor opening and you don’t want to squander a home ice advantage against a team this good, this late in the proceedings

The most pressure the Rangers have had was a few mins ago until Lindgren got the puck....got scared and then shot it along the boards and gave it away. He sucks and needs to go.
