Eastern Conference Wild Card Watch

habs will win against hurricanes on their last game unless they clintch before, if they clintch they might rest some players

Honestly, there's no way the Habs lose Demidov's debut at HOME against Chicago. So, we're going to be in no matter what, imo.

Still, would be nice to beat the Leafs tonight. Washington is playing like shit lately, which gets my hopes up for a 1st round against them.

Do we know when Demidov gets his papers to work in Canada and US.

Detroit is eliminated too.

Columbus' only chance to get in is if they win their last 3 games in regulation and Montreal lose their last two in regulation.

So montreals magic number is 1?

I thought if Columbus went 2-0-1 both teams would have 88 pts and 27 row, is the next tiebreaker not gf?

all we have to do?

there will be no easy game until the end
Totally! I still think Habs are likely to win, but they need to treat it as a playoff game.

Pro players are proud, and don't want to watch the Habs celebrate in front of them. It's a tremendous motivator for teams that are out. They just took Winnipeg to a shootout. They have no pressure and want to play spoiler.

Bettman punching his black and white TV set that 4 of 6 original sixes aren't in it.

Just move them all to Texas Gary! No state income tax.

Just kidding; the Rangers would still find a way to suck
