Just throwing this out there for anyone who's looking for a program to get into shape sustainably and quickly.

Eager to Motivate

I'm amazed at how fast this thing sculpts a human body. And it's completely do-able by a normal person living a normal life. Basically it's just a combination of completely reasonable dietary guidelines and daily HIIT exercise that focuses on body weight resistance, cardio, and yoga. It's all online (with social media as the accountability structure) so you can do it at 3am if that's your jam.

3 weeks in, I've:
  • Kicked coffee (used to be 2 cups a day)
  • Kicked drinking (used to have at least a couple a day)
  • Kicked smoking (maybe a pack a week)
  • Lost 15 pounds
  • Gained muscle tone
Takes a bit of commitment, but it's only 8 weeks and there's nothing about it that's over-intense in terms of effort, discipline, or resources. Yes there are days off and no-holds-barred cheat meals. It's just a matter of cleaning up your diet for a couple of months, and setting aside about an hour a day to do what they tell you in terms of exercise.

(not a program for people who are looking to bulk up... this is more about getting lean and fit)

Anyway, it works.
