No joke Ottawa is really fun to watch, the worst roster on paper in the league but they outgrind and outwork many teams. They actually have 2 more ROW wins than Florida. If Florida starts this one like they've started the last 3, it'll be another loss. Nilsson owns Florida too I think. I would also kill for Brady Tkachuk, love his game.

A win puts Florida back in a playoff spot (for a day at least anyways) and within 2 points of the Flyers. They need to beat Ottawa and Dallas to secure a winning homestand and because they aren't beating Carolina.

If anything we've done well this year it's beating teams we should. If we don't win this game we don't deserve to be in the playoffs. Simple as that.

Interesting how Hawk wasn't on one of those practice lines. I'm assuming he isn't back from his conditioning stint when that tweet was made. Thought I read he was supposed to be back in the lineup tonight.

I sold my ticket for tonight. I'm burnt out with this homestand and the team's play right now. They're impossible to root for right now. The simplest of plays they fail to execute.

They need to string together something like five wins to show that they mean business before ppl tune back in. With the money spent for and talent acquired via draft&develop this group should be way better. If they can't pull that off then I'd reckon that the most exciting time, yet again, is around the next draft.

Acciari is good a cycling the puck along the board, it will be interesting to see how he does.
Huberdeau and Acciari need to go in front of the net when Tro does his patented circling around the net+blind pass, maybe that play will work for once.

From what i saw last Game, at least they start now looking around where your Players are in the own Zone. To bad that Weegar only watched once and not after he came up, when someone sneak in his back again. But atleast a step forward in the right direction of awarness. I hope this continueing tonight.

Huberdeau is not going to stand in front of the net waiting for Tro to make plays. Huberdeau will be the one making plays actually, it's his game after all.

In other words, Huberdeau will show Tro what a real playmaker his.

This is a trap. On paper we should beat this team but you know how it goes with the Cats, start the game soft and uninterested then realize when they are down 2-0 that the game was actually happening today, then play lights out for a comeback that might work. Kill me.

Or go up 2-0...then...look at the Wild GDT. Kill me twice.

I am more excited about playing more Tendy than watching this game.

nah you got it all wrong. we have to win this game to stay in the playoff race so they keep our hopes alive. they'll do it until game 82 when we miss by a point and draft 14th. haven't you been paying attention for the past few years?

If we can't get 2 points tonight, we're done. I'm sorry, but there's no excuse whatsoever at this point. I realize it's only game 33, but with a long homestand and 3 straight losses, if this team can't come out and get it done tonight, they just don't have it.

If you didn't understand what I meant by Tro's move, you just had to ask instead of pretending it's something it isn't. Huberdeau or Acciari won't have to stand and wait in front of the net. Tro's rush and pass-chucking are way too quick for any waiting around.

lmao, they have been on the same teams for years, I'm pretty sure Tro isn't sitting on the bench with his eyes close...although, it would explain a few things

Yeah this is pretty much a must win game and for the love of god don't make it close.

We're due for a massive bounceback, I'm thinking like 6-1 would do the trick. As for these lines, I love the idea of putting Acciari and Trocheck together but I would prefer if it wasn't Huby on the left. I'd love to see Connolly-Trocheck-Acciari with a set play of:
- Trocheck plays the puck in the neutral zone and dumps it in for Acciari who wins his battle along the board who then throws it in front of the net to Connolly who scores.

Obviously Trocheck would have to learn how to dump the puck but hey the idea is there!

Win is desperately needed tonight. If the Panthers come out flat again, which is possible given how they've come out in the last three games, it's time to push the panic button.

Only if Tro passes him the puck... the only other option is when Tro does his patented 1 v 3 zone entry and fumbles the puck, where Hubby can pick it up
