Yeah that doesn't even come close to get it done. Minnesota would have to include a better main piece than that.
Then there is another problem. Detroit has less than $5M to sign Dekeyser and Mrazek. Add Dumba to that list and you have serious cap problems. Don't think this is one that can get done IMO. Not at a price Detroit would be ok with.

Larkin for Dumba, Detroit could get far better then Dumba if we traded Larkin that's for sure.
~5 mil in LTIR space, obviously would need to maneuver to free it up. Add 2 Mil if Sheahan+ were the pieces and if we really needed to drop cap they could offer Nyquist instead that frees up 4.75.
You certainly could - 1 for 1 isn't enough for Larkin. MN needs to add for sure.

I don't think we would, but if they decide to try and minimize our expansion losses and Dumba is decided to be one of the odd men out, then an exempt skilled forward wouldn't be a bad place to start.
Temporarily and you have to under the cap INCLUDING them before the season starts then send them to LTIR.

Probably the same as Minnesota, We still definitely need a top line center, Larkin will be there eventually but pretty sure that Holland wants to take it easy on him for now.
If a piece like Nyqvist goes then yes that could work. I wouldn't have thought Detroit would be ok with that but you never know.
If that's the route we go I hope we package 2dmen for something better. Exposing one dman rather than two does exactly nothing

Larkin could net them a guy like Trouba or Lindholm, why would they deal him for Dumba? I get Hes worth more than Sheahan but he isnt close to Larkin.

Detroit gets an entirely rebuild blueline with high upside and a young center and winger with offensive upside that would blossom in Detroit.
Wild get a young center with 1st line potential and more polished winger to play with Granlund and Koivu.

Wild get a young center with 1st line potential and more polished winger to play with Granlund and Koivu.
But have to be cap compliant BEFORE LTIR is applied. You would have to send players down until you are cap compliant then submit your rosters then send injured players to LTIR. Assuming you weren't $5M over cap this could involve no waivers but what if Fransen returns? How do you get under cap?

I wouldn't trade Larkin alone for that package. I don't think we are good trading partners it sounds.
