Noticed this too when watching on directv...it's as if it is less than 30 frames per second... probably closer to 15 or something. Sometimes it gets better during the game then reverts back to a strobing type effect.

Only started recently also, only 635 as isles were on the spillover 635-3 last night and wasn’t happening. Wish we could get Msg to fix it.
