The more I see Kleven & JBD as a pairing the better they are getting. Tkachuk & Batherson with monster games along with Ullmark playing steady. Hope Ostapchuk is alright, you can see he is going to be a force in the very near future. We need to get a few more guys past 20 pts.

Missed the game, but glad to see the dominant performances are continuing.

This was a game we had to win. We got a few of those coming up. The Carolina game would be a nice win, but the boys are going to have to dig deep to pull that out of the hat. I won't get my expectations up and I'll just mark it off as a loss right now. So if we get a tie or better everything is gravy. All I want for Christmas is to play above .500 for the rest of December!

When Bathurson turns it on that boy can play. I wish you could do that every night or be as involved every night. You see Brady and Timmy are involved like that every night, well, the puck may not go in every night. They're always in on the scoring plays and chances and wreaking havoc against the other teams. We need that from more guys on the team. We have Guad, Bath, Norris, Giroux and Pinto doing that every game you got better chances of competing to win every game. If not, you shut down our top guys and we're out of luck.

Pinto is on a serious bad luck streak. I wouldn't want that guy placing any bets for me right now....jk

Anyone else notice on the first PK how they were being aggressive on the puck, and how it paid off? More of that please. I wasn’t half asleep from the midpoint of the game, but I don’t think they kept it up.

Nice to have things clicking with the skaters and the goalie at the same time, more of that please.

I’m going to re-watch the second half. Can’t miss the Drake hatty.

Not a fan of ending games weak. I feel like it carried over. But we will see.

Ostapchuk also had a great game last night aside from one bad giveaway.

Now he’s hurt apparently?

We ended that game weak? Looked dominate to me throughout.

Re Ostapchuk, They showed a quick clip of holding his arm close to his body and leaving the ice. Didn’t look like much but we’ve seen that with other guys and having shoulder issues.

Having a goalie that can save their bacon from time to time makes such a difference
His last 5 games .923. .912. .950. .973. .969 are Vezina candidate performances

Also Stu is a beauty

Forsberg is still the weak spot on the team. Something has to be done.

No, Hamonic is the major weakness. Everybody's advanced metrics with and without him attest this and it's actually quite hilarious

I think this game puts 3 Sens in the top 23 in the points race.

Yes

Stutzle 12th
Batherson 20th
Tkachuk 23rd

We have 3 elite forwards but we have weaknesses (Hamonic, Forsberg, really poor depth on the Wings)

Holy crap Jensen is good

Chabot was asked on TVA recently what was the reason his game was back at such a high level and if it was due to finally be healthy

"Yes but I think it's more having a stable partner", a polite way to say "most of the D-men Goofrion provided me with were not up to the task"
