Ducks & Kings to Unveil New Logos

I haven’t come across any. This is the LA Angels’ Mike Trout holding up a new Ducks jersey under normal “lighting conditions” (probably of a press area’s bounce flash) At least you can see it up against the Angels’ red color temperature. It’s a deep orange.

…And I think the dimples on the shoulder yoke are gone.

I would have loved it if they replaced the black with eggplant and the gold with jade. Blend those eras.

I didn’t know that Doughty was a kings fan growing up, that’s cool

Gretzky was his favorite player. Lombardi once talked about how he visited his home before drafting him and saw a bunch of Kings stuff in his room.

Seeing these in action, the Ducks dropped the ball on the colour scheme. The orange does not suit nor flatter that logo. Disappointing.

The Kings, love seeing the black and silver again. Look good.

The Kings’ jerseys look like ass. The giant stripe is brutal and black/sliver is borrrrrrring.

I personally thought the Ducks hit a homerun with the 25th anniversary set and always hoped that was signaling a return to those in the future.

But we all know the owners are emphasizing the use of orange, so these new all orange sets are a good compromise away from the Webbed-D crest identity that most folks weren’t fans of.

Always hated this colour sheme. So dull, boring and bland.

the back numbers and nameplate are wayyyyyy too much imo

i could've let the huge white stripe slide if not for that

really do like the "shade" of black though, it's very flat looking to me
