our guy @All The Kings Men claims its different from the previous glitter which i also thought was really obnoxious

It is but I have to confess... I also don't like glitter and would prefer they convey "silver" with just a simple "grey"

but we cant always get what we want

I like the throwback look of this Kings jersey, but I'm not a fan of the 'glittery' appearance of the silver.

As someone who was pretty neutral on going back to the Chevy logo, I have major issues with these sweaters.
1) The logo is comically large, and too low
2) The silver on the logo is too shiny
3) The trim on the bottom is way too large
4) The spacing between the logo and C/A looks strange
5) I hate the "glittery" stripes

What I like:
1) The matte black helmets are great

The Ducks did a lot right, but man that's just too much orange.

Agreed. I am one that doesn’t mind those numbers. The treatment they gave it with the drop shadow layering is a nice touch. Obviously Rangers-esque, so I like it.

I thought those were fine and pretty obviously inspired these, so I'm not sure why they didn't stick with it.

The original Mighty Ducks whites had white shoulders.

Like, this is much nicer. Basically this with some of the new elements incorporated is how they should do the whites. I think that would be a strong set.

I don't understand why more sports teams don't get with the program and keep similar colors to other teams in their city:

Kings - Raiders (silver/black)
Pens - Steelers (black/yellow)
