He's been solid for the majority of the year, almost to the point where i'd say he has been the teams best defensemen when looking at the season as a whole.

I agree but he is not in the right role that would allow him to reach his full potential. He should have 2 D-men that are clearly better defensively than him and would allow him to be a 2-way D-man on the 2nd pair, not having the toughest assignments game after game

It would be fun to watch them play hockey just for fun and express their talent without worrying about anything else (aka no pressure). But will Boucher allow it?
