Has anyone actually watched Frost and what is their opinion? I have 0 opinion on him if we were to get him, which it seems likely at this point.

I just looked at his stat line, scored 19 goals two seasons ago. Will be 26 this year and RFA at the end of the season. At least it gives the Flames another option down the middle.

Which is completely irrelevant to what he is doing now. Lots of guys have been waived and gone on to have great careers.

Former Flames Martin Gelinas and Jacob Markstrom both were waived at one point in their careers

Hell Rich Peverly was claimed by the Atlanta Thrashers and 2.5 years later was traded for a package that included Blake Wheeler
