The players know they have not been good recently, I would expect some level of pride to put in an honest effort tonight. Only reason this is not a melt down is because the Ducks are a legit dog shit team.

I don't think the coaches would even want them to go balls out in a game like this. You could bench half of the Leafs' lineup and they would still win by a few goals. Anaheim is just dreadful, to the point of being an embarrassing. Detroit and Buffalo are terrible, but even they will put up a better fight than this Anaheim team.

If they'd play hard and structured they wouldn't have to go balls out against a team like this. This is lazy hockey, mentally and physically.
