I actually like the idea of a dual offersheet - It could really terrorize a rival team.
But in a capped league and the small world that the NHL is it will never happen.

I think I'm equally annoyed by but also enjoy debunking offer sheet threads on the main board. Recently a Calgary fan was totally down for a 3+ mil offer sheet on Nicolas Roy. After they re-signed Andrew Mangiapane and Oliver Kylington this week, Calgary has about 1.2 mil in cap space.

In a way, it reminded me of a former roommate who was a couple months behind in rent while also bragging on Facebook about the new golf clubs he bought.
