I don't know if Drury is the right guy or not but the teams win/loss record has been very good since he was made GM.I hate Drury but this isn’t fair. He’s worked his way up in the FO since 2015.

Thank you, Igor.I don't know if Drury is the right guy or not but the teams win/loss record has been very good since he was made GM.
I still don’t believe I’ve seen proof that he stabbed Gorton or JD in the back. Do you have some you could share?
Have you ever sat at a table with VPs & your immediate boss?Rod Brind'Amour spent half of his 21-year long career with the Hurricanes, captained them to a Stanley cup win, joined the team as an Assistant Coach immediately upon his retirement as a player and is eventually rewarded with the head coaching job.
Chris Drury spent the majority of his career with the Avalanche and the Sabres, came to New York as a mercenary, stole a ton of money from the organization by being thoroughly mediocre on the ice and by continuing to collect a paycheck when he could no longer play, f***ed off for 4 years after retiring as a player, and is eventually rewarded with the dual jobs of President and General Manager.
You. Can't. Make. This. Shit. Up.
I make money as a musician - the bolded is completely foreign to me.Have you ever sat at a table with VPs & your immediate boss?
If they fish & you don't, you understand this scenario very well.
Wait....Wait!!!A personal favorite of mine as well.
One united world, under Trouba.

We have absolutely no idea what he did or didn’t achieve in those roles, i.e., what specific goals he and more upper management had in place for him.Just because he had a job, doesn't mean he accomplished anything in it
Hahaha! I look forward to when we can say "Farewell to You" to most of the players on this team.Wait....Wait!!!
I hear Drury is a little fighter
I’ll say it all again slowlynot sure what you're on about
Hey now, while I realize this isn't a good day for the NYR and I empathize with you, there's no need to kink shame.I just saw this, f***ing gut wrenching.
Dolan literally pissing on the fans. What a f***ing imbecile.
Do you think the likelihood would be, then, to let Pittsburgh take the 2025 1st? If Drury's idea is to fix the locker room and likely move out some bigger names, the possible volatility could lead to a higher draft pick in 2026I dont think Drury's an especially good GM, but firing him would've meant giving in to the players (again). People complain about the fact that this is Drury's third coach hiring, but this is at least the 3rd coach the core has quit on, 4th for some even. I think Dolan is finally done with that, and we'll see where this takes us
