Drouin should be better than Huberdeau quite easily. He's far more talented. That being said he's Drouin so who knows. As for Kotka and Barkov, it's possible so I'll vote yes, but if the question is would I bet on it the answer would be an emphatic "no". Most likely Kotka's upside is Duchene, and that's a big step down from Barkov. And there's no guarantee he even becomes that good.
