RoCo is exactly what 86 needs. A guy who can keep up, take FOs, bang, boardwork and a pest. Both would thrive off of it. He's a bit overpaid but I think he's about to pop, breakout-wise

I can see him being viewed as this year's version of Hagel, albeit a lesser version of it. At the same time, I'm not exactly sure why the Penguins would want to move him. Seems like the kind of guy they should be keeping.

Hagel had 3 years at 1.5+RFA control.
