The guy is having a very good season in the AHL, proved he could win games at every level he played so far.

But now he's behind Spencer Knight and not the goalie of the future anymore, and it's unlikely he gets to play in the NHL for a long time with Arvid Soderblom also on the roster.

He could be interesting for a team looking for a goalie, I'd think? Could he be a good project for the Oilers?

I would think other than an overpay that Chicago likes they will certainly keep him so going forward we would potentially have a 1a, 1b tandem of Knight and Commesso.
