Slots pretty well. Gives the team the potential for a dominant first line when all three players are going.

Second and third lines still look solid and could provide scoring. Maybe slightly top heavy, but I think there is enough to support that.

Since we paid to dump Joseph, wish we could have gone with Teravainen and Noesen for example

Tkachuk - Stutzle - Batherson
Teravainen - Norris - Giroux
Greig - Pinto - Noesen

Damn, that would have been a very efficient Top-9. If we can manage to have better results the next 2 seasons, we might be able to attract better players down the road

This is exactly it.

I think he will have a Zbad style boom and reach that next level. People will raise an eyebrow, but it wasn't until Zibanejad was roughly Batherson's age that he got to that next level and went from top 6 producer who sometimes turns it on into being a top 20 producer in the league who peaked near the top 5 for some seasons.
Do you feel the same way about Stutzle?

Really good move by Green getting Giroux with Norris and Batherson... Easily been our best line and Batherson has been really good.

These guys were creating big time. I am so impressed with Batherson this year. Looks like training with Sid and Marchand is rubbing off on him.

He looks great, he just needs a little less one man team out their and he will be unstoppable

Going to give this guy some love after 15 points in 15 games with almost 2 hits per game on average.

Effort level has been great. Has been winning battles all over the ice and has limited the mistakes.

This is the best he's ever looked IMO
He was maybe a bit better pre-Dell, but it's clearly the best he's looked post-Dell.

pre-Dell he was our best forward by far (that season). He was flying, physical, and detail oriented. His details and physicality are right there but he was creating even more back then.

I still think Batherson has lots of room to grow, and we will see much of that growth steadily occur over the next couple of years.
