Drai Speedruns Duck Hunt

Not sure who you're responding to but I can guess. Man, it wasn't even close. Oilers had so many fantastic chances. Ducks hardly had any and one of the breakaways was Harkens who never scores and he still rang it off the post.
Did they though? If they did don’t you think they would have outshot the Ducks team that played the night before in a different time zone? If you’re talking backpasses to nobody and passing into low scoring areas then yeah we had many fantastic chances.

This is a weird take after a game where Skinner posted a 0.931.

How good would his stats have to be for you to be happy with his play?
Someone people will never be happy. Stu could win the cupt this season with a shutout game and they'll still try to be too clever about it and mention the game 7 goal last year.

Philip and Savoie looking great and continuing to produce down in Bakersfield as well. Would love to see at least one if not both get some games here. Savoie is a natural finisher and his production is very impressive for a 20 year old, small AHL rookie. The talk of him stagnating as a prospect during the summer were completely overblown.

I will....unlike most around, I know he's an average goalie and getting paid like one

you, for some reason, think he should be Hellybuyck...dude gave up 2 goals tonight...in a 3-2 league, that will be enough to win most nights
Yes. An average performance from an average goalie. That’s what it was tonight, that’s what it was for the last 2 years, and that’s what it was on way to Game 7 of a Cup last year.

I don’t understand how this is a controversial opinion. It is EXACTLY what it is.

I assumed that .883 was Dostals number.

Just because your opponent had worse numbers didn't mean you were the better player. That was the point.
Fair, I just the comparison is unbalanced in this case. Skinner was barely good enough, and that's a problem, but the Oilers needed to find better finish.

Half the shots were dumps in on net to get an ozone faceoff or simply long range. A team that was getting hardly a sniff at net trying shots from anywhere..

Oilers had 2-3X as many HDSC.

He should play in top 9 when called up.. we will have 3 skill lines
Oh for sure. Don’t even waste time making him “earn it”. If you bring him up, all hands on deck to make him succeed. And that means good linemates. I don’t wanna see no pissing around with this prospect and future hometown hero.
