Plus, if your plan is to take Russians that are years down the road, why skip on Michkov?

I think the reason they skipped on Michkov, in the talks was he said sure to some teams to move around and come over versus others.

I am pretty sure if he is to get out of a 3 year contract, it won't be for Arizona
