On pure value, given the risk of that unprotected first being high, I'd only do it if we were guaranteed at least the #2 pick for Misa or Schafer.

Build around Misa, Eiserman, Dobson, Ritchie & Nelson. Keep a couple of veterans to help out, but move on from many of them to get more picks / youth. It's really what they should do now.
