What’s the deal if Philly loses today? Our records are tied. They have more goals. We won season series 2-1. We kill them on best bands - Aerosmith vs Hall and Oats - lol - how is this settled? I answered my own question here somewhere!
Philly losses in OT Boston is 4th for lottery. Loses in RT, 5th.

Man I hope the Bs have your guy's luck with tankathon/the lottery.
Every time I run it they either stay where they are or move down. I think they've moved into the 2nd pick once in the various number of times I have run it.

we have McA, Lindholm, Zaddy locked up for our Dmen, as hot and cold as they all are.
Who are out centers?
Lindholm, Zacha (I like him better on the wing), and beecher?
Wingers we have pasta and geekie.
We literally have ZERO (quality) center depth and winger depth

Don’t think I’m gonna watch but my only hope is that, standings wise, Buffalo has way more to lose with winning this game than the Flyers.
Both teams have been playing hard down the stretch here. I don’t think either team is thinking about that.
Watching the Bruins the other night, it didn't seem to me like they were thinking about it either.

Watch Boston win the lottery for the second pick, grab Misa, Misa disappoints, and Desnoyers becomes the actual best forward in this draft 10 years from now

I think I've seen more than once that this draft in particular could very well turn out that way. I feel you could say that about most drafts though to be fair.
That's the draft for you sometimes.
Misa's best position in the NHL could be at wing, according to most scouts.
I highly doubt that happens.
Misa is at a different level as a player vs Desnoyers right now.
Misa has a 95% chance of being an elite first line forward.
I see Desnoyers being a solid 3rd line center, with the potential of making it as a number 2.

I agree. I have watched several clips and he is great around the net and good at reading the play, but perhaps not the greatest skater.
Frondell also might be better at wing as I think playmaking is the weakest of his skills.

It’s not like the bruins don’t need a top 6 winger too. So I wouldn’t be worrying about if misa or Frondell are playing centre in the nhl.
Honestly they should just take the best player available and not overthink it. Chance are they picking in the bottom 15 of the 2026 draft too which is a deep draft. They could essentially get a centre next year too.
Maybe Poitras, minten or Locmelis end up top 6 centres for this team. Its possible.

Both seem like blue chippers so hopefully they pick a player that can and will shoot the puck! We have too many players in our system that are playmakers and refuse to shoot. Way too easy to defend against when the opposition knows you will always pass! When Janney was here I remember him on a 2 on 1 looking to pass with a wide open net and the tender and Defencman both went to the pass receiver and as usual, nothing came of it.
