So is Porter Martone going to be the Brady Tkachuk of this draft? Tankathon projecting him to go 3rd to Nashville. Would the Bruins take a center over him at 4 or 5 (if he falls there)?

Ottawa took Tkachuk 4th in 2018, after Buffalo took Dahlin 1, Canes took Svechnikov 2, Habs Kotkaniemi at 3.

I’d be itching to take the next Tkachuk in Martone, centers be damned. Gives them a RW behind Pastrnak

They need a both Pasta like winger and a C so if another Pasta drops in front of you in draft you take that with a smile

You aren’t trading for those players anyway and picking the best prospect available always give you the most value, to have on your team or to be used in other ways

Getting 1 of frondell haggens or desnoyers and were set in the middle for years . This minton kid could be our number 3 with middlestadt holding 2. Lindholm seems to finding himself with pasta so that's promising too. Exciting times.

If they don’t do anything crazy realistic projection is between 8-12

So whatever position the player plays you pick up the best prospect available and go from there

The best C prospect is in best case scenario 2-3 years aways from being good enough to play pivotal role
