NHL Draft lottery race - Bruins currently have 4th Pick

Nice. That helps. Our schedule on the other hand doesn’t really help. We could legitimately ‘Mayo’ the final 3 games. I know you prefaced it by we could afford to but it sure will make it uncomfortable.

I'm more worried about the Kraken settling into 4 than the Flyers to be honest with you..

I think a top 4 pick would get them that franchise player Donny.You have Schaefer, Misa,Frondell Hagens ..After that you still get a good player but a shade below these guys I would imagine.Time will tell though because stranger things have happened.Feels good in the running.

Haggens would be a grand slam and frondell a triple I'm ok with either. Anything above we all go set fireworks outside and eat doritos and Pepsi.

Yes but consider the 4th place spot to be the last place to guarantee top 6. 4th slot does not make a top 4 pick likely. But luckily there are 6 elite players. Though not 6 elite centers which I’d prefer.

It’s just that the tankathon stats show it’s very likely to move down even for teams at the top with the best odds. I believe the chance to move up for the Bs would top out around 17% or so and 60% or so to move down.

Getting 1 of frondell haggens or desnoyers and were set in the middle for years . This minton kid could be our number 3 with middlestadt holding 2. Lindholm seems to finding himself with pasta so that's promising too. Exciting times.

I'm pretty sure it would be luckier to land at 4, stay at 4 and not move back a slot due to the lottery.

You're basically tanking harder to counteract the lottery sliding you back draft slots.. Some kind of system, eh?

I started at Frondell, but recency bias of my research has me at Desnoyers. Not spending much time on Misa or Schaefer unless the Bruins win the lottery.

Idk I think he could surprise some people on where he's drafted. I could honestly see a team falling in love with him over Frondell. If you're going to be in the lottery next year for a center, having a second line center of Desnoyers long term is a damn good formula for winning if you ask me.

Such a heady player. It's like he has it all mapped out in his brain before the play even happens. I love watching players like that.

I have only watched two ten minute highlight packages on Frondell but like him a whole lot. He has it all: Strength, above average speed and wicked shot with some playmaking ability....

Hard to say. Pasta line is starting to become a menace for even good teams. They could run over the Blackhawks D. The hawks will probably need to out score thier line. Could be done but our one line ashot as they are could be a problem for the tank

Anyway, good to see Philly wants to win games but boy have the Rags fallen hard. I think they are actually a bigger crash and burn than the Bruins. Most people knew this Bruins fall was coming sooner or later after Bergeron and Krejci retired but the Rags were expected to compete. Total disaster there.,

Our destiny is down to 3 teams -the Flyers, Kraken and Pens. I think the Sabres will stay ahead and the Ducks pretty much are out of reach. We can only get 79 pts at the most - if they win all 3 games. Ducks are at 78pts. Sabres have more games left than the others, so the worst spot we land is 7th. Donato needs to light it up tonight.
