I`m fine with a comment like this but I`d appreciate more context, why, how often have you seen him play, what about his game has you leaning to the side of not choosing him?

Not disagreeing with you as I can`t, never seen him play, I just wish some posters would go into greater detail about why they would or would not like player A, B or C

I have saw Desnoyers play alot as I follow Q pretty close.If the Bruins get him be happy.He sees the ice really well and the puck seems to follow him which tells me he gets himself in good position.Very good on the powerplay to which Bruins definitely could use.Hard worker also.Anyhow,the draft day will be fun for Bruins fans regardless.Its been a while since it meant something to Bruins fans.

Can we all agree Jim Nill and McClellan aren't complete jackweeds when it comes to the NHL draft?

One of the league's best GMs routinely reaches. Some work spectacularly, some clog up the pipes. A lot of the consensus picks sucked, though you could fish for the lowest rankings and still call them reaches.

Some of you would have seizures raging over the choices of legitimately great NHL general managers, who may not have fielded a team that won a Cup as GM.

All the folks here I’m reading who think Sweeney is going to take a third rounder with a top 7 pick can cash in

I’m game he takes a top 7 prospect if he’s picking in the top 6 (I’m putting Eklund in there since a lot of people love him)

I’ll go $100 with the Salem Animal shelter with the my winnings you can do whatever you want if you are correct Sweeney goes rogue

I’ve done these in the past and everyone has kept their words and the shelter benefited

If you are so sure he’s going to mess up make some cash on it
