Never said that--the real question is whether Lavoie or Hoglander will be better than what they traded down to pick. If so, then it was a bad move--if not, then it's a good move. Just saying that trading down hasn't historically proven to be the best strategy.

It's really not, though. We passed on Lavoie and Hoglander twice each. If we wanted either -- or both -- we'd have them. We didn't fail to get them because of trading down.
