Move up, if necessary to be in a position to draft him. However, never overpay or overreach. It always ends up biting you in the ass, whether in team building in the NHL or anything else in life.

I think this year the value chart would be different. I see top 10 picks as having significantly more value than all other picks. From 11 to 30, the difference is minimal.
