Prospect Info: Draft 2025 - Everyone is trading up, but no one seems to be trading down edition

Whichever ORG's do that should be mired in futility for the ensuing 10 years.

I could see the Kraken do it. They got plenty of pieces upfront.
I’m not completely disagreeing. I just think that someone other than Seattle is going to have a big liking for either KA or JS.

If you want physicality and size, why would you want O'Brien? While he's tall, I'll grant you that, he seems like one of the softest players in the draft to me.. I honestly don't get the hype on O'Brien at all. He has good passing and vision, but other than that, what does he brings? Because he's not physical and not fast, so I have a really hard time seeing his game translate to the pros.
like most of the kids, he needs to fill out. can't be too physical till you get stronger.

The thing is, he's still playing against the other kids though, and is still far less physical than most as far as I can tell. Now ofcourse he could develop a mean streak later on, but I would think you'd at least see hints of it now.

I think Hagens at #6 makes the most sense but I'm much less confident now than I was before the Zegras trade. Hagens at #6 and Martin falling to #8 definitely makes the top-10 seem pretty logical on paper.

I bet the Rangers trade #12 and then we end up with their next year's pick.

Sully and Drury are gonna be in a hurry to win now.

I think there's like a 95% that we're getting #12. There's alot of smoke around the Rangers offer sheeting Peterka or giving the impression they are, to force a trade
