Interesting take. Pitre could be worth a gamble in the late first, or early second round.

Pitre is fast, skilled and already plays a pro-style game. If we can take Pitre with Florida’s first round choice, regardless of whom we take at 5 OA, it will have been a very, very good draft.

Benson has literally everything but size. He could be a steal.

He needs to improve his skating and his shot as well.

I think Dvorsky is right on the doorstep of the "consensus" 5 and I suspect that there are teams that have him ahead of Smith and possibly Michkov (geopolitical).

IMO Wood and Perreault are the two most underrated on this list with Barlow as an honorable mention.

Who could have foreseen that a massive skilled forward, the best U17 BCHL scorer in a generation, and best U18 NCAA scorer in a generation, Team Canada U18 hero would go on to have success in the NHL? Who, I ask!?
