lolololololol Garbage playoff performer because he can't score goals, that makes me laugh, hockey isn't just about scoring goals.

okay than you agree that Nash was average in the regular season. he scored goals but was a poor possession player.

it's fair to suggest your 7 million dollar player is crap in the playoffs when he has 6 goals in 51 games, he's absloure utter horse **** in the playoffs.

Let's take it down a notch - there are better places to have this discussion.

Going to throw a new rule out there: If I notice that you have a habit of missing picks (getting skipped) and not sending a list in, your clock will be shortened down to 15 minutes for the remainder of the draft. There's a difference between having something come up and not being to pick and just not caring about the clock and the game.

Reason I'm throwing this out there is because in past drafts, there have been multiple incidents where GMs just never show up for their pick and make it up at a later time. There are both pros and cons for the rest of us but the biggie is that the draft will take 10-20 hours longer than it needs to be.

I like this rule, there is no need to prolong something this simple, you just have to type a Players name into a thread, it is so easy to do, it will take 30 seconds or less.

I've always liked the whole "if you have a skipped pick, you're auto-skipped" thing. Is that going to apply as well?

Yup. Chances are if they aren't their for one pick and haven't made it up yet, they aren't there for the following

If you pick and you're not up, I'm just gonna delete it.

Please take 15 seconds to check the draft board before you pick and make sure you really are up.

Seems to be a consistent problem so far this game.

The Brodie pick was a reach, imo.

How so? Defenders are flying off the shelves right now, and I need a top-pairing LHD. He's the best available quite handily.

Some comparable RHDs available, but I'm very, very picky about handedness on the blueline.

Ah, I see. I personally don't think about handedness, just pick the best D available. I understand the Brodie pick, but I'm not so sure he's the best LHD out there (he could be).

Maybe I glossed over someone.

Two other names were on my board for that position - neither were better than Brodie IMO.

doesn't Brodie play the right side? he's awesome with Giordano but his advanced stats without Gio are pretty bad.

Well, Gio's RH, and Brodie's LH, so I wouldn't think so...

I really couldn't care less about advanced stats
